It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Watts of Shirley, Arkansas, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Troy Marvin; his wife Martha Ann Watts (Robbins); and his sons, Norman Dean Watts, Jr. and Larry Scott Watts. He is survived by: his daughter Diana Shaver (Buck); his siblings, Sue Flowers and Wendell Watts; his grandchildren, Mary Sipes (Nathan), Andy Shaver (Stefanie), Michael Shaver (Deanna), Cody Shaver (Robin), Stacie Puckett (Lewis), Shawn Watts and Lance Watts; and his great grandchildren, Judy Roberts and Jomo. He is also survived by his dog and best friend, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
