He is survived by: his wife Shirley May Zerbe Dorsey; his children, Debbie Lynn Dorsey of New Jersey, David Lee Dorsey (Joan) of New Jersey and Dana Lor Dorsey Armitage of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Robert Carbone, Michael Carbone, Alexandra Dorsey, Erika Dorsey, Alicia Jordan (Scott), Cathy Armitage (Brian McKnight) and Rachael Armitage; his sons, Connor Jordan and Sean Jordan; and his brother Robert Dorsey of Jacksonville.
