With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Milton Kemp of Shirley, Arkansas, who passed away on April 27, 2021 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Milton Kemp to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ed and Cecil Kemp; and his sister Christine Kemp Pevy. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Plunkett Kemp; his children, James Kemp (Donna) and Sandra De Luca (Matt); his grandchildren, Breylan Kemp, Kaydree Kemp, Anne Marie De Luca and Samantha De Luca; and his brother Wayne Kemp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Lakeview Methodist Church, Pine Grove Methodist Church, St Jude Children's Hospital or to your favorite charity.
