He is survived by: his children, Randy Huggins of Staunton, IL, Pam Murray (Stanley) of Shirley, Angel England (Jay) of Greers Ferry, Tracy Cooley (Tracy) of Bee Branch and Ryan Huggins (Nicki) of Greenbrier; and his sister Linda Mannon of Cuba, Missouri. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.
