He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Hays; his children, Laura Breedlove (Craig) of Shirley, Sam Hays (Brandy) and David Hays (Ruth) of Texas; his stepchildren, Kathy, Jacque and Russell of Texas; and his grandchildren, Shelby Friend (Nolan), Bryce Hays (Makayla), Baylee Clark (Austin), Kendyl Mosley (MaKall), Layla Hays, Jordan Hays, Dean Hays, Claudia Hays and Angelee Hays. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
