He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Otis and Elsie Mae York Faulkner; and his brother Murl Thomas Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Spurlin Faulkner of Shirley; his children, Michael Anthony Faulkner of Shirley, Terri Lynn Walton (Tony) of Shirley and Nathan Todd Faulkner of Shirley; and his granddaughter Jami Elizabeth Yette (Lee) of Shirley.
