He is survived by: his wife Janice Lipscomb; his daughter Beverly Phillips (Donnie Branscum); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Lipscomb of Clinton, Pyper Lyn Lipscomb of Clinton, Hope Phillips of Batesville, Charity Phillips of Batesville and Jorja Eischen of Oklahoma City.
