We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2020, at the age of 89, Douglas Vanliew of Shirley, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Matthew Vanliew and Audrey Leuwayne Harrison Vanliew; his wife Verna Dean Vanliew; and his brothers, Glen Vanliew and Larry Vanliew.

He is survived by: his children, Dane O, Dell Vanliew (Vivian Claudine Vanliew) and Auderia Leuwayne Cooper (Ricky Cooper Jr.); his sister Leuwayne Coble; and his grandchildren, Ricky W. Cooper III and Annabelle Grace Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
