He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Franklin Ford and Alma Lurena Cunningham; and his siblings, Betty Jo Boatman, Jim Ford and Carl Ford.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ruth Ford; his sons, Jason Franklin Ford (Deana) and Jeremy Ray Ford (Amanda); his grandsons, Joshua Ford, Levi Ford, Drake Ford, Hayden Ford and Pierce Ford; his sisters, Joann Martin (Roy) of Floral, AR, Ruth Ann Culbertson (Lee) and Mary Lou Grider of Muskogee, OK; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Ford of Wainewright, OK and Kay Ford.
