She is survived by: her children, Jerrie Bonds (Bill), Mike Worthing (Missy), Laura Davis (Chris), Joey Worthing and John Worthing; and her siblings, Shirley Bradford and Dickey Beckham (Pam). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
