It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Huggins of Shirley, Arkansas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy J. Huggins and Doris Dene Huggins (Eoff); and his siblings, Sydney Huggins, Gary "Hotch" Huggins, Rhonda Huggins and Melissa Hamilton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Elanie Dewild (Tim) of Shirley and Karen Johnson of Trona, California. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, family and friends.
