She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Richey and Ruby Richey of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas.; her husband Terry Pulliam; and her granddaughter Heather Williams. She is survived by: her brothers, Don Richey (Annette) and Larry Richey (Teresa); her sons, Duane Pulliam (Peggy) and Randy Pulliam (Leisa); and her grandchildren, Brandon Pulliam (Britni), Amanda Casey (Patrick), Jennifer Hainen (Randy), Grace Ann Pulliam and Audrey Pulliam. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
