He is survived by: his father Keith Bolte (Karen); his former wife Traci Parri; his children, Brandon, Brittany and Mikayla; his nephew While; his close friend Kathleen "Kat" Couch; his wife Kat; his brother Chad Bolte (Alex); and his stepchildren, Kaylie and Austin.
