He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Wells and John Thomas Wells; and his siblings, William Elmer, Travis Leon Wells and Ellen Thompson of Hot Springs, AR..

He is survived by: his wife Peggy T. Wells; his daughter Patsy Lynn Price of Sherwood, AR.; his grandson Dustin Price; his great grandchild Sydney Price of Jonesboro, AR; his granddaughter Kristan Olinger; his great grandchildren, Landon, Dylan Barger and Emma Olinger of Sherwood, AR.; and his sisters, Shirley Holt of Little Rock, Francis Oliver, Shelia Conrad of Conway and Martha Kennedy of Sherwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Peggy and family, I have been going back in my memories of Tom and I think one of the first memories I have is when you and Tom took a bunch of us from church to Branson in your motor home. Another time was when Ron and I, Kay and Allen, you and Tom were outside the church visiting and we found out that Ron and Tom had bypass surgery the same year (I think that's right). I could always see the love that you and Tom had for each other. You are blessed to have had him a long time. Ruth A.”
