He is survived by: his parents, Howard Heslep and Frances Heslep; his son Matt; his grandsons, Hunter and Dawson; his brother Chris; his niece Melissa Purdy; his great-nieces, Taylor and Riley; his nephew Brent Mason (Katie); his great-nephew Max; and also, Jodie and Karen Mason (Bruce).
A Memorial Service will be held at Levy Baptist Church, Monday October 19, 2020 from 6:00 to 7:00 P. M. Due to Covid-19 social distancing and mask will be required.
