He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scheidt and Inez Scheidt; and his children, A. J. Scheidt and William Scheidt. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Scheidt; his children, Steve Scheidt, Mike Scheidt, Ami Scheidt and Katie Braun; and his siblings, Ted Scheidt, John Scheidt (Debbie) and Charlene Scheidt. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
