She was predeceased by: her husband James Cleveland Starks of Sherwood, Arkansas; her parents, Leonard Young and Pamela Young; and her sisters, Margaret Hook of England, Joan Short of England and Evelyn Lansley of England.
She is survived by: her sisters, Pamela Choate of Blevins and Phyllis White of Great Falls, Montana; her children, Patrick Starks (Ailsa), Philip Starks (Susan), Lori Thomas (Allen), Julie Harper (Clint) and Melissa Higginbotham (Butch); and her niece Elizabeth Warrick (Montana) of Great Falls. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Victory Baptist Church for the Call Mall.
