He is survived by: his wife Mary Horton of Sherwood; his brother Roger Horton (Sue) of Benton; his children, Kara Newman (Warren) and Scott Horton (Debbie); his grandchildren, Derek Smith, Alex Clark (Josh), Drake Horton (Tori), Reid Horton and Jaden Newman; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Owen Clark; and his brother Printing.

Memorial donations in Winston's honor may be made to Sylvan Hills Church of Christ, Special Olympics Arkansas, and Spina Bifida Association.
