He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Terry Izatt; his daughters, Rachel and Karrie Holladay; his grandchildren, Ethan, Ryleigh, Greta, Madelin, Edyn, Brody and Olive; his brothers, Joe Holladay (Peggy) and Jack Holladay (Sharon); his nieces and nephews, Kimberly White, Jennifer Holladay, Taylor Holladay and Courtney Holladay; and his great-niece Marley Jo.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Jacksonville Animal Shelter in Bob's memory.
