He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bowling Winter; his children, Keith Robert Winter (Shelly), Kayla Sue Phillips (Charlie) and Tracy Ann Winter; his grandchildren, Kelsey Lauren Taylor, Drew White and Kaylyn Jordan (Taylor); and his brother-in-law Bill Couey. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
