He was predeceased by: his son Richard Evan Gagen. He is survived by: his wife Dovie Gagen; his children, David B. Gagen and Mary Gagen Fulmer; his grandchildren, Andrew Gagen, Aaron Gagen, Mason Bagwell, Carson Brie Fulmer and Cierra Fulmer; his great grandchild Ella Rose; and also Dana Hodge.
