He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cathy Shoemaker (Lites) and Gene Shoemaker Jr.; his grandparents, Otho, Juanita Lites, Gene and Lucille Shoemaker; his wife Jamie Watson Shoemaker; his children, Hannah and Grant Shoemaker; his sister Genea Neel of Hope; his nephew Trevor Almand of Hope; and his niece Sarah Thornton (Grant) of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
