He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claud Gore, Avis Gore, Elda Lynn and Edna Salkeld. He is survived by: his spouse Vicky Lane Salkeld; his daughter Stephanie Jeffers (Michael); his granddaughters, Jordan Jeffers and Whitney Jeffers; and his sister Pamela Salkeld. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
