She was predeceased by: her former husband D. B. Meador; her husband Troy Lebo; and her stepdaughter Karen Cottrell. She is survived by: her sons, Rick Meador (Annette) and Dave Meador of Sherwood, Arkansas; her siblings, Charles Crumpler (Cecile) of Robinson, Texas and Carol Booth (Earl) of Benton, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Lindsey Meador Cobb (Josh) of Rogers and Daniel Meador; and her stepdaughters, Lisa Lebo of Magnolia and Cindy Fiegel of Lewisville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, "Everyone Is Required to Wear A Mask. This ensures safety for you and others. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
