It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Cook of Sherwood, Arkansas, born in Bragg City, Missouri, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Hale and Mamie Hale (Whitworth); her husband Billy Joe Cook; her sons, James Taylor and Ronnie Lee Taylor; and her siblings, Ray, John Lee, Thomas Eugene, Charles Hale, Christine Lancaster, Louise Wallett, Irma Loughary, Catherine Smith and Geneva Hale.
She is survived by: her son Carl Taylor (Diane) of Sherwood, Arkansas; her daughter-in-law Theresa Taylor of Clay City; and her stepchildren, John Cook (Sandy) and Penny Baity (Kevin). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren.
