She was predeceased by: her parents, Dugan Smith and Lottie Smith (Lane); her husband Harvey Brown; her son Fred Brown; her grandson Harvey Brown; and her siblings, Lloyd Smith and Shirley Parker.

She is survived by: her children, Harvey D. Brown of Sherwood, B. K, Brown-Horn (Keith) of Sherwood, Linda Roberts (Billy) of Sherwood and Terry Brown of Sherwood; and her grandchildren, Swany Ray, Ben Brown, Freddy Brown, Jason Brown, Becky McKnight, Chris Roberts, April Aldridge, Dewayne Roberts, Larry Roberts, Ryan Brown, Lieutenant Dustin Brown and Tiffany Hicks, RN.
