Katherine (Quinton) McLain Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine (Quinton) McLain (Sherwood, Arkansas), born in Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on December 22, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas McLain, Sr.; her brother Charles Quinton; and her granddaughter Janet McLain. She is survived by: her children, Thomas McLain, Jr. of Tampa, FL, Mark McLain (Tendi) of Modesto, CA and Marilyn Hawley (Ed) of Sherwood, AR; her grandchildren, Michelle Buie (David) of Bigelow, AR, Laura McLain (Sam) of Chicago, Johnny, Richard McLain of Modesto, CA and Chad Hawley of Charlotte, N. C.; her niece Becky Truster (Jerry) of Broken Arrow, OK.; and her friends, Birdye Farmer, Miles Cook, Rebecca Meek, Lottie, Johnnie Forrest, Bob, Rita Choate, Brooksie Read-Duncan, Shirley, Burt Burrow, Jan, Kin Taylor, Ellen Brown, Erin Schudar and Cathy McKinley. She is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
