He is survived by: his children, Melissa Olson (Joshua), Angela Qualls and Jesse Qualls; his grandchildren, Joshua Olson, Jayden Qualls, Athena Olson, Megan Moldenhauer and Allison Moldenhauer; his sisters, Sandra Garland, Tammy Hand and Connie Hand; and his nieces, Lindsey Garland and Tracy Combs.
