He is survived by: his wife Marcia Cook of Sherwood; his sisters, Glenda Cunningham of Lebanon, MO, Mary Ziegler of East Moline, IL and Marilyn Quick of West Plains, MO.; and his children, Tara Herring (David) of San Marcos, TX, Jennifer Cook-DeRosa (Tom) of Mint Hill, NC, Jerrod Cook (Kacey) of Joliet, IL, Michael Cook (Katrina) of Payton, CO, Jackson Rogers (Robin) of Little Rock, AR and Wendy Rogers Rasch of Little Rock, AR.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
