She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillman Esbon Ethridge Sr. and Sally Belle Ethridge (Guest); and her husband Melvin Carruth Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Carruth of Huntsville, Richard Carruth (Jennifer) of Owasso, Okla, Karen Hasty (George) of Sherwood, Cynthia Carruth of Sherwood and Alicia Kruzinauska (John) of McKinney. She is also survived by Twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

There will be an open visitation at the Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel, with limiting of ten people at a time, Wednesday, April 29, 2020 from 11:00am to 1:00pm with graveside services following at Lono Cemetery at 2:00pm with practicing the 6ft apart rule due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
