He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Warren and Joy Warren; and his brothers, Samuel Warren, Michael Warren and Floyd D. Warren II.
He is survived by: his wife Joni Diane Warren; his children, Crystal Lambeth (Scott), Kimberly Lunsford (Richard) and Jeremiah Warren (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Taylor Lambeth (Kailey), Garrett Lambeth, Rylee Lambeth, Jason D. Emison Jr., Hannah Grace Lunsford, Fallyne Lunsford, Jeremiah Warren II and Gunner Warren; his great grandchild Steven Walker Lambeth; and his siblings, John Warren, Daniel Warren (Shirley), Steve Warren (Ellen) and Michelle Hinkle (Brad).
