James Cleveland Starks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cleveland Starks (Sherwood, Arkansas), born in Marianna, Arkansas, who passed away on August 19, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marley Cleveland Starks and Eltia Woodard Walker Starks; his brother Aubrie Neal Starks, Sr.; and also Billy Joe Starks. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Elizabeth Starks; and his children, Patrick Starks (Ailsa), Philip Starks (Susan), Lori Starks Thomas (Allen), Julie Starks Harper (Clinton) and Melissa Starks Higginbotham (Butch). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.
