He is survived by: his wife Gayle Arias-Flores; his children, Lynda Sudduth, Jarad Hughes, Tito Mendoza and Celia Hernandez; his sisters, Judy Sudduth of Linda Gilbert, Richard Sr. and Judy Carr; and his nephew Richard Carr Jr.
