He is survived by: his wife Therese; his siblings, Freddie Gibbs and James Lee Elliott; his children, Ellinor Elliott Papan of Maumelle, Edward "Doc" Elliott (Lisa) of Cabot, David Elliott (Marian) of Atlanta, Georgia and Mike Elliott (Sandi) of Maumelle, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Tyler Elliott, Kristin Baldwin (Alec), Justin Elliott (Brooke), Rilee Paige Elliott, Lance Elliott (Monica) and Jake Elliott; and his pet Princess.
Services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home with burial to follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery State of AR COVID-19 directives: Face coverings required.
