She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida G. Welch (Grace) and Donald O. Welch; her husband Richard J. Blakely; her daughter Pamela Kay; her granddaughter Stacie; and her daughter-in-law Wendy.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Diane) of Arkansas, Patricia Hiltabidel (Robert) of Council Bluffs, Sandra Doane (James) of Des Moines and Philip of Council Bluffs; and her brother James Welch of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 7 great great-grandchildren.
