He was predeceased by: his children, Jonathan Meredith and Bethany Meredith; and his sisters, Betty Winterholder and Sylvia Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Joann Wiggins Meredith; his children, David Meredith (Ashley), Leah Motes (Joel), Angie Herring (Jason) and Andrew Meredith (Ellen); and his siblings, Lillian Byerly, Stanley Meredith (Beverly), Geneva Weyand (Dwight), Tommy Meredith and Earnest Meredith, Jr. (Leone). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
