He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph C. Culwell and Bertha Jewel Hendrickson Culwell; his wife Lillian Earline Finney Culwell; and his siblings, Bobbie Gene Culwell and Alice Reed.
He is survived by: his children, DeAnn White (Randy), Donna Waddle (Steve) and David Culwell (Dee Ann); his grandchildren, Shelly Kaye Coates, Emily Ann Warbitton, Blaine Culwell, Emily McLucas, Hannah Newell and Mike Waddle; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Presley Warbitton, Brady Coates, Barbara Iberia and Michaela; his great great grandchildren, Quinn and Coraline Coates; his nieces, Shannon Rosales and Terry Wilhelmi; and his nephew Billy Jack Horton. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Romance Church of Christ (295 AR-31, Romance, AR 72136). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Romance Cemetery (295 AR-31, Romance, AR 72136).
