He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Self of Rosebud and Danyelle Decker of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Stephen Newberry, Tara Watson, Brianna Moore, Kolten Moore, Gavin Newberry, Harley Decker and Courtney Decker; his great grandchildren, Cayson Watson, Jakeus Watson and Ryder Wagner; and his brothers, Steven Self of Redding and Michael Self of Benton, Arkansas.
