He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Howard and Doris Howard; and his former wife Linda Howard. He is survived by: his wife Joan Howard; his children, David Howard (Lori), Chris Howard (Kelly) and Arlene Castleberry (Robbie); his stepdaughter Amandia Acebedo (Jim); and his siblings, Bill, Danny, Clifford, Sue, Bonnie, Ann and Jill. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
