He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Howard and Osey Howard. He is survived by: his children, Terri Lynn Ellis (Kenneth) of Center Ridge and Doug Howard of Sherwood; and his grandchildren, Brandon Hubbard, Mandy Williams and Cassie Howard.
