He is survived by: his wife Dianne Montgomery Hocut; his children, David Hocut, Susan Hocut (Quincy Bryant), Wendy Backus and Aaron Backus (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Noah Phillips, Will Backus, Jr., Henry Backus, Lindy Sell, Natalie Hocut, Travis Hocut, Brooklynn Sullivan, Latavion Bryant and Zoey Bryant.
