It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derrick Edwards Jr. of Sherwood, Arkansas, born in Jefferson, Arkansas, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Edward Edwards Sr., Thelma Williams, Henry Williams, Linda Lambert and Willard Lambert; and his grandfather Ricky Calvin Williams.
He is survived by: his parents, Koasina Williams and Derrick Benard Edwards Sr. While; his grandmothers, Lillie Williams and Linda Edwards Jr. (Edward); and his siblings, Briley Slaughter, Tyler Edwards, Alamisha Edwards and Rrenii Edwards (Tootise). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
