He was predeceased by: his father David Miles Sr.; and his grandparents, Emmett, Ruby Davenport, David Long and Jerry Miles.
He is survived by: his mother Geri Long-Dozler of Sherwood, Arkansas; his great-grandparent Pearl "Gran" Crook; his wife Jessica Culpepper of Sherwood, Arkansas; his children, Asher Miles and Makiah Toennies; his sister Ashley Dozler of Sherwood, Arkansas; his parents-in-law, Teresa Canales of Lonoke, Arkansas and Jesse Culpepper of Sherwood, Arkansas; his brother Heath; his sister-in-law Amanda Heslep of Sherwood, Arkansas; his nephew Casen Heslep; his niece Adalyn Heslep; his grandmother Shirley Miles of Sherwood, Arkansas; his uncles, Sam Miles (Susan), Danny Miles, James Miles (Teresita) and Brian Miles (Kathy); and his aunt Christi Lytle (Mike). He is also survived by cousins, great aunts and uncles and many friends and neighbors.
