He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Wolfe Dennis of Sherwood; his sons, Ryan Smith (Shannon) of Mesa, Nick Smith (Kayla) of Sheridan, AR and Jeremy Smith (Kim) of Grapevine, AR; and his siblings, Stephen Dennis (Daina), Carolyn Blocksom (Bruce) of Cincinnati and Gary Dunwoody (Wanda).
The family request in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church or to St. Francis House, Little Rock.
