He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Spratt; his children, Kydarius Spratt, Alani Spratt and Travon Cowan; his stepchildren, Travon Cowan and Morgan Cowan; his mother Velma Lee Spratt; his sisters, Toiya Williams and Tammy Dorsey; and his grandchild Tristain Cowan.
