Palmer; his children, Troy Edwards, Richard Jr (Kerri), Chris Palmer (Susanne) and Melissa Harris (John); his grandchildren, Matthew Palmer, Jonathan Palmer, Cole Palmer, Chase Palmer, Leslie Palmer, Jacob Lawrence and John Paul Harris; and his sister Janet L. Torrance.
