He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas W. Keener and Elizabeth Kobeck Keener; and his wife Frances Ella Keener. He is survived by: his children, Charles W. Keener (Marilyn) of Little Rock and Petra "Petey" Choate (Rusty) of Southaven, MS. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
