He was predeceased by: his parents, V. B. Beggs and Sarah Beggs; and his brother Jerry Thomas Beggs. He is survived by: his daughter Jodi Katherine Beggs Cockerham; his wife Melinda Beggs; his granddaughter Abby Cockerham; his sister Karen Beggs Massey; and his nephew Bill Massey (Beth). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
