He is survived by: his father Charles Lee Lewis; his daughter Brittany Howell Blake (Clayton); his close friend Paula Price; his sister Charlene Goodwin (Ronnie); his former wife LaDonna Broussard; his grandchildren, Olivia, Hudson, Eleanor and Brooks; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
