He is survived by: his wife Patti Heustis; his children, Bobby Heustis (Susan), Heidi Hightower (Melvin), Justin Heustis (Kiley) and Sarah Heustis; his grandchildren, Gavin Heustis, Brandon Bullard, Blake Bullard, Bentley Heustis and Lorelei Heustis; and his sister Mary Jane Alexander.
